Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for domestic and international shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
