Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking quantities, accuracy, and condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts (CDL not required, but certification is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
