Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stack, and palletize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or missing items.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and order picking as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, verifying, and tracking inventory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Henderson facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in warehousing is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
