Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory levels through regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
