Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counting.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock movement.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety regulations and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required (we provide the training).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
