What You'll Do:

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move, locate, and place inventory.
• Perform receiving and stocking duties, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Assist in packaging and shipping preparation to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
