Responsibilities
- Material Movement: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing stock using barcode scanners and WMS systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Documentation: Complete necessary shipping and receiving documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
