Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product descriptions and quantities against purchase orders to ensure error-free fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Label packages correctly and adhere to strict shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and labeling.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
