Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from customer loading docks.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a significant advantage.
