Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and securing techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout and storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a major plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift license (Class A, B, or C) is required for this role.
