Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems and digital logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sustainable handling practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
