Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline warehouse operations and reduce downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification preferred but training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
