Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record inventory using handheld devices and WMS software.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Equipment: Familiarity with forklifts and inventory management software is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
