Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Perform regular quality checks on products and ensure proper packaging for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Forklift Operator is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to strict safety protocols.
