Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials in a warehouse setting using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately document inventory movements and maintain warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping/receiving schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
