Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Monitor shipping costs and identify cost-saving opportunities across multiple channels
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Utilize logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for shipment tracking and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Customs Broker or relevant trade compliance certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
