Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Problem-solving abilities with high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
