Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Liaise with warehouse teams, carriers, and clients for seamless execution
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit disruptions
- Implement process improvements using logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and reconciliation
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
