Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within warehouse facilities using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
