Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
