Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
