Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to maintain precise inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment and ensure regular maintenance checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License required; Forklift certification preferred but training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
