Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems (WMS) with accurate data.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety and labeling regulations are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment inspection.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
