Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform receiving, stocking, and picking of products to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
