Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and certification compliance
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Coordinate shipping/receiving schedules and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred) and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
