Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and hand trucks to move, locate, place, and stack products.
- Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Sort, stage, and prepare items for shipping in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
