Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows
- Implement AI-driven inventory optimization systems to reduce carrying costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Analyze performance metrics to implement continuous improvement processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations for hazardous materials
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure SLA adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Experience implementing automation and robotics in warehouse environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs by 20%+
