Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment, adhering to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate power equipment and maintain equipment safety logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
