Key Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training available).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials.
Qualifications
While prior warehouse experience is a plus, we prioritize attitude and work ethic over specific technical skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
