Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock levels using handheld scanners or computer systems to ensure accuracy.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment, adhering to all shipping guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided upon hire).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
