Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S standards).
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Forklift License preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Physically fit to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various temperatures (warehouse environment).
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
