Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment preparation
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory protocols
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
