Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately track inventory in our WMS system with barcode scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clientsMaintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct routine equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
