Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders in fast-paced fulfillment center environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products before shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
