Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, scan, and organize stock to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure correct labeling and packaging before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
