Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Package goods securely for shipment, labeling packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail for inventory accuracy.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
