Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, track shipments, and manage inventory records.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging for transit.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- License: Valid forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math and reading comprehension; attention to detail is essential.
