Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Perform regular equipment safety checks and reporting
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
