Responsibilities
- Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately count, sort, and label inventory items in real-time tracking systems
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments to optimize material flow
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Valid California driver's license required
