Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently according to safety regulations.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to customers and distribution centers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding stock levels and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documents accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
