Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify counts against purchase orders, and store items in designated locations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand tools as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and report any issues to management immediately.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of all shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
