Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting
- Load/unload shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain inventory counts and documentation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate in climate-controlled and refrigerated environments
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule with reliable night shift availability
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification (electric/pneumatic) preferred
