Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to pick tickets while maintaining quality standards
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in a night shift capacity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in inventory tasks
- Basic computer literacy with experience in warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
