Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload shipments efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with night crew to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist in unloading inbound shipments and staging outbound orders
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
