Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in a 24/7 environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in the packaging and palletizing of goods for shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential delays.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a strong attendance record.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
