Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized work areas and dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
