Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure pallets are stacked correctly to prevent accidents.
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with organizing the warehouse floor and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or willingness to complete our training program.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) reliably.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable for warehouse driving).
