Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, counting, and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: No prior forklift experience is necessary – we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid state ID or driver's license required.
- Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
