Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation logs using warehouse management systems.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse procedures to minimize risks and accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow during night operations.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
