Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently throughout the night shift.
- Load, unload, and stage freight in accordance with shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the shift team to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
